Leadership Coaching

The transformation from being a highperforming individual to a truly resonant leader is one of the most challenging pivots in a professional career. It requires a fundamental shift in mindset: moving from doing the work to empowering the work of others. True leadership isn’t found in a title, but found in the ability to inspire trust, navigate conflict, and drive results through people. Together, we move past the theory of leadership and into the practical, daily application of highimpact influence.

Core Development Pillars

The Shift in Perspective: Learning to let go of technical execution to focus on the high-level strategy and mentorship that scales your team’s output.

The Emotional Intelligence Edge: Mastering the "soft skills" that are actually the hardest to get right; difficult conversations, active listening, and building a culture of psychological safety.

The Resilience Framework: Building the internal stamina to handle the friction of leadership without losing your authentic voice or burning out.

Executive Coaching

At the executive level, your greatest challenges aren't found in a spreadsheet. Instead, they are found in the complex dynamics of people, power, and personal performance. You are expected to be the visionary for your organization while navigating the isolation and pressure that come with the "top floor." The higher you climb, the more your challenges shift from technical execution to the nuances of psychology, influence, and high-stakes decision-making. At this level, you don't need another consultant with a slide deck; you need a sanctuary for highlevel growth. In this partnership, we move beyond the "what" of your business and focus on the "how" of your leadership. We address the isolation of the C-suite and the pressure of being the final word, ensuring your professional trajectory is fueled by clarity rather than just sheer momentum.

The Focus Areas

Sharpening the Strategic Edge: Navigating organizational politics, mastering executive presence, and refining your visionary intuition.

Fortifying Internal Resilience: Developing the mental stamina to lead through crisis without sacrificing your well-being or integrity.

Expanding Impact: Shifting from "doing" to "leading through others" to create a scalable, high-performance culture.

Transition Coaching

Transitions are a paradox: they are equal parts logistical challenge and emotional evolution. Whether you are navigating a career pivot, a leadership elevation, or a total lifestyle redesign, you need more than just a checklist. You need a blueprint that accounts for both your goals and your well-being. I help high-achievers bridge the gap between "where I am" and "where I’m meant to be" by combining tactical transition planning with deep, empathetic coaching. We don't just focus on the external move; we ensure you have the internal resilience to sustain it

My Approach to Your Transition

Tactical Clarity: We strip away the "noise" of the transition to identify your most high-leverage next steps.

The Emotional Bridge: We address the identity shifts and "middle-of-theprocess" fatigue that often stall progress.

Sustainable Momentum: We build a framework for your new chapter that prevents burnout and aligns with your core values.

The Result? You don’t just "survive" the change—you arrive at your destination with a clear head, a focused plan, and your confidence intact.

Group Coaching

High-level growth doesn’t have to be a solitary pursuit. In fact, some of the most profound breakthroughs happen when we step out of our own heads and into a room of peers facing similar heights and hurdles. My group coaching programs are designed for leaders and highperformers who value the "lab environment"—a place to test ideas, gain real-time feedback, and learn from the successes and setbacks of a curated cohort. This isn't a lecture; it’s a facilitated container for accelerated evolution.

The Group Dynamics

Shared Wisdom: Access a "brain trust" of diverse perspectives that challenge your blind spots and spark innovation.

Radical Accountability: There is a unique power in committing to growth in front of peers who hold the same high standards for themselves as you do for yourself.

The Universal Mirror: Realize that your "unique" challenges are often shared, stripping away the isolation of leadership and replacing it with communal resilience.

Current Cohorts & Masterminds

I offer specialized tracks for different professional seasons:

The Transition Lab: For those navigating mid-career shifts or new leadership appointments.

The Executive Roundtable: A high-level mastermind for senior leaders focused on organizational culture and legacy.

Emerging Leaders Circle: For highpotentials mastering the art of influence and team dynamics.

Youth Leadership and Skills Development

Athletics is the ultimate classroom for life. For young athletes ages 6–18, the court, the field, and the track are where the most critical life skills, resilience, discipline, and teamwork, are forged. I don't just coach players; I develop the leaders of tomorrow. Whether working with a 6-year-old discovering the joy of movement or an 18-year-old preparing for collegiate competition, my approach is rooted in the belief that "how you do one thing is how you do everything." I combine elite physical skill training with the psychological tools necessary to lead under pressure.

Our Development Pathways

Technical Mastery: Age-appropriate skill drills designed to build a toolkit of athletic fundamentals.

The Captain’s Mindset: Leadership isn't for the person with the loudest voice; it's for the person with the highest standards. This means teaching athletes how to lead themselves before they effectively lead others.

Emotional Intelligence in Sport: Navigating the "big emotions" of competition—learning how to win with grace, lose with dignity, and pivot after mistakes

Physical Literacy & Longevity: Focusing on proper mechanics and recovery to ensure young athletes master the mind and body to continue in the game for the long haul.
