About Coach Jerome Bennett
Executive coach. Eighteen years inside the most demanding companies in tech and finance.
Why I Coach Professionals
I've spent 18 years inside some of the most demanding organizations in the world. I recruited and developed talent at Morgan Stanley, Google, and Meta, and spent over a decade leading people through the complexity of one of the fastest-moving companies in tech. As a Division I collegiate athlete, two-year team captain, and Business Finance graduate, I've built my career on the belief that sustained performance under pressure, and the ability to steady those around you, are the true marks of leadership.
Now, as a Hudson Institute-trained and ICF-credentialed Executive Coach, I channel that experience into transformational work. I partner with professionals at pivotal moments in their careers, helping them grow not just in what they do, but in who they are.

Outside the Office
Born and raised in Augsburg, Germany in a German-American household, I moved to the Detroit area at the age of ten. I earned a full athletic scholarship to play football at Miami University (Ohio) before transferring to Western Illinois University, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance. That foundation led me into a career in Talent Acquisition as a Technical Recruiter and Leader, specializing in helping technical professionals identify and navigate their career paths.
Today, I live in Austin, Texas with my wife, Dovile, and our two sons, Jett (9) and Cruz (7). Outside of coaching, you'll find me practicing Vipassana meditation, running ultra trail marathons, coaching youth sports, or playing music, all pursuits that feed the same discipline and presence I bring to my work as a coach.
